(MPC) Partnership
Maryland Physicians Care (MPC) members can obtain support and resources by clicking the link below and filling out the referral form. A member of the MPC social care team will contact you directly to schedule an appointment to meet with you.
Garrett County Health Department & Healthy Together by AHEC West
Meal Boxes and/or Food Vouchers are distributed most months, depending on seasonal availability. Many community distributions serve up to 100 families per event.
Registration is self-serve, and accessibility/translation services are available via the Garrett County Health Department.
Garrett County Health Department & CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
Licensed medical and behavioral health providers can make a referral for you, and you will be contacted to set up an appointment.

Garrett County Community Action, Inc. (Emergency Food Program)
As the designated emergency food agency in Garrett County, call Service Coordination at Community Action (301-334-9431) for assistance if you do not have food and have no way to get any today.
